Sylvotherapy at Hardelot Golf Course

Our partner Aleth Lepretre (RESPIRE LA FORÊT) invite you to experience a unique, immersive journey at the heart of the Golf des Pins. Surrounded by majestic, centuries-old trees and the soothing calm of this privileged setting, you’ll be guided to reconnect with nature and find serenity.

Each session includes :

  • Deep breathing.
  • Mindful walking.
  • Sensory workshops.
  • Connection with nature.
  • Relaxing meditations.

Sylvotherapy aims to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being through contact with nature, particularly trees. Here are the main objectives:

  • Stress reduction: Forest walks and contact with trees are known to lower cortisol levels, the hormone responsible for stress.
  • Immune system boost: Breathing in volatile organic compounds (phytoncides) emitted by trees can stimulate the immune system.
  • Mood improvement: Connecting with nature is linked to increased positive emotions and a reduction in anxiety and depression.
  • Promoting relaxation and meditation: Focusing on the natural environment helps calm the mind and improve concentration.

Contact :

  • LEPRETRE Aleth
    Sylvotherapist

I am Aleth LEPRETRE, a sylvotherapist trained in 2021 at the École Buissonnière by Jean-Marie DEFOSSEZ, an expert in sylvotherapy and breathing coach, and Laurence PAGANUCCI, a sophrologist and sylvotherapist. Their complementary expertise made this training particularly enriching.

My professional background is diverse: I have worked as an animator in agricultural unions, taught at an agricultural high school, and spent 15 years as a manager in the dairy industry. I then spent 13 years as a Nature Animator at the Bois Vaillant educational farm in Reumont.

Following personal reflections in 2020-2021, I turned to sylvotherapy, a practice that I combine with a breathing coach approach to enhance your well-being. My skills developed over the years, such as listening, adaptability, and a strong connection to nature, enable me to support various audiences with care and enthusiasm. I also incorporate meditative techniques into my sessions for a calming experience.
